A clean and secure ceiling-mounted AV enclosure, housing core system components.

PROJECT SUMMARY

GST worked with Irvine Ranch Water District to design and implement AV system upgrades across three key rooms. GST handled the end-to-end delivery for all three rooms—designing each system based on the room’s function, procuring the hardware, installing and mounting all components, and labeling cabling. The deployments included a mix of displays, conferencing cameras, ceiling microphones, wireless presentation tools, and audio processing—all installed in a way that kept the rooms functional and easy to use.

Key Tasks Included:

  • Designed customized AV solutions tailored to the layout and use of each room, ensuring compatibility with video conferencing platforms.
  • Integrated core devices—including wireless presentation systems, compute units, and audio DSPs—into ceiling enclosures or wall panels, while managing all cabling for clarity and serviceability, and coordinating closely with IRWD’s IT and facilities teams to align on network, power, and site readiness.
  • Conducted system testing and adjustments to verify performance, functionality, and user experience.

GST completed the design and deployment of three fully integrated AV systems for IRWD, completing each room within just a few working days. Leveraging deep experience in audiovisual integration, GST applied a standardized system architecture adapted to each space, ensuring uniform functionality, clean hardware integration, and long-term serviceability. From ceiling-mounted DSPs and wireless presentation systems to dual-display configurations and conferencing setups, each environment was delivered with precision and consistency. The result is a set of well-integrated, reliable spaces that now make it easier for IRWD teams to connect, share, and collaborate—whether in person or remotely. Behind the scenes, GST’s careful coordination, technical expertise, and commitment to getting the job done made all the difference.
